Excellent 1 bedroom apartment in heart of Downtown New Haven. Washer/Dryer in Unit along with AC that actually keeps the apartment cold ! Management company here is always on top of every service call when needed. Great price for all the perks. Highly recommend.

Ninth square building is an amazing part of New Haven history, close to downtown, all the restaurant, theaters, museums, art galleries and have nightlife. Building staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, I have lived in the building over 7yrs and can't ask more for better and affordable living than this.

The building is conveniently located right downtown and very close to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and night life. The building is kept very clean and tidy and we love our unit which includes two bathrooms and a washing and drying machine. We couldn’t be happier!

I have been living at Ninth Square for 2 years now I couldn’t be happier. My 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious with Washer/Dryer in unit. Central Heat/AC that actually works and keeps the apartment warm or cool when needed….Despite being centrally located in downtown New Haven, noise levels are never a bother…(We also have an app that we can do so many things on, from putting in Maintance requests to paying rent, they really have made it very easy.) Beacon has been making major renovations to the property which I am very pleased with. I have had my halls painted and carpet recently changed. Brand new tile floors in the main lobby along with brand new elevators…Also, one last thing to mention has been how they have handled these times during COVID. Starting from our property Manager, Romulo, down to the whole team, they have kept this place a safe place for us all. Every morning I can see them cleaning all common areas, all hallways are vacuumed daily and every part of the team is always wearing masks. Signs are also all over the property asking everyone to wear masks and socially distance. They have been great during these crazy times.
